Creative thoughts are constantly swirling around in my head and I have notebooks filled to the brim with ideas! I draw my inspiration from many things in life and it is my small space here on the internet at “The Scrapbooking Housewife” where I hope to keep the ideas flowing and keep it all organized.
My hope is that “The Scrapbooking Housewife” will act as an interactive resource for busy families looking to provide ideas & inspiration for everyday life with kids; including papercrafting, organizing, free printables, tutorials, recipes, kids activities and parties, as well as other topics and resources geared specifically towards children and their families.
A bit about me...
All of my life I have had a weak spot for pretty papers and a thorough enjoyment of organizing. It wasn’t until 2004, when my daughter was born that I realized I also had a passion for scrapbooking!
Between then and now, I have created hundreds of scrapbooking layouts, mini albums and altered projects! I have had my work published on multiple occasions and until recently, designed and taught scrapbooking classes at my own studio (EllaBella Designs).
Fast forward, and I now have two beautiful children, and enjoy the Housewife status; and I am extremely thankful that I am able to stay at home while my children are young.
However, after a lengthy break from creating, I have realized that I still have a true burning passion inside of me for creating and the need to share this passion with others. So without further ado, welcome to “The Scrapbooking Housewife” – your resource for busy mums! I look forward to interacting & sharing with you.
