The Scrapbooking Housewife - New Blog Design

Hello everyone!  How are you all??  It seems like it's been a very long time since I have connected with you on a personal level.  I wanted to share my "new" interactive blog and let you know what's been going on with me!

Ok, so my blog is far from new but I have been working hard over the last few months freshening up the site design as well as creating content, adding a resource guide, free printables section and scrapbooking tutorial PDF's to make your busy lives a bit easier.  You may notice that I have a new tag line "Inspiring Ideas for Everyday Life."  While I still want this site to be about scrapbooking & creating, I also like to share with you my everyday life with kids as well as my huge obsession with organizing!

One of the things you may notice is the new header & improved navagation bar, with lots of new pages added for your convenience.  Most of the pages are still "under construction," but I hope to get the information loaded for you soon!  Here you will find pages such as Activities for Kids, Free Printables, Organizing, Creative Space, Resources & Tutorials.  There is also a general navagation bar at the top where you can find lots of information about me, my contact information, press & my project gallery.

New social media buttons have been added to make it easier to follow me on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, add me to your RSS feed & contact me with a click of a button! These were created by the talented Nicole at The Pixel Boutique, she also helped me with a few other tweeks on my blog.  Rest assured, you can still sign up for my blog updates via email by filling out your email address in the form below my photo in the right column.

I have been extremely busy with the kids, organizing my household (which includes getting ready for another Mother's Unite sale, garage sale and organizing the finances!); plus I am getting ready to go back to school soon via correspondence so we have been getting a new quiet desk area set up for me including a new computer (YAY!).  So if I thought my life was hectic right now, it will be even more so when I start school in May!  I am really looking forward to it though, and will try to remain on top of my blogging to boot!

There will be some fabulous blog posts coming up over the next little while that I can't wait to share!  I have a huge blog series almost ready to go dedicated on How to Create & Organize Your Household Binder, which includes lots of free printables (I am so addicted to making these).

Other upcoming posts include organizing your finances and some great scrapbooking tutorial PDFs I have been hoarding found from the good ol' EllaBella Designs days, which I can't wait to share with you!!
